Paleo Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

This chocolate chip cookies recipe made of almond flour, is great for anyone craving for a healthy and easy dessert recipe! Enjoy!


Prep Time: 15-20 minutes     Cook Time: 10-12 minutes     Total Time: 25-32 minutes


  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 6 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  •  1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper


  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Put the parchment paper on top of the baking sheet
  3. Melt the coconut oil for one minute
  4. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and stir
  5. Add the vanilla, maple syrup, coconut oil, chocolate chips, and stir
  6. Mix all the ingredients well
  7. Use your hand to form the dough into a small ball or use a tablespoon to form the dough
  8. Set each one separately on the baking sheet
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes

Yields: 12 pieces
